ICF certified Coach with over 20 years of experience, specialized in supporting leaders and managers to reconnect with what really matters to them while strengthening their emotional intelligent communication.

I have had two main careers in my life. The first as a theatre actress, with 12 years of stage experience and my current career, as leadership learning Development professional with over 20 years of experience.

As an Executive Coach, I often support leaders to think through, articulate and communicate their vision and their strategy. Trained as a Solution-Focused Coach and NLP practitioner, I gently challenge and support my clients to grow a solution-focused mindset to bring out the best in themselves and others, acknowledging strengths and progresses. Constraints and challenges become opportunities for inventiveness, creativity, and self-renewal. Since 2015, I also encourage virtual leaders and their teams to connect with heart, even at distance, and thrive within the complex remote/hybrid working contexts and dynamics.

Thanks to my years of acting, I accumulated many insights on the dynamics of communication, namely on body language, behavior, attitudes, interaction, influence and teamwork. On hindsight, all this precious experience naturally fed and enriched the substance of my leadership training and coaching programs as well as inspired my books and registered methodology on emotional Intelligent communication.

Having personally experienced and witnessed that the intelligence of our mind is greatly enriched and enhanced by the intelligence of our heart and the intelligence of our body, my coaching approach is built on this interconnectedness. My goal as a coach is to create the space for my clients to reflect, gain perspective and carve room for more strategic thinking. They strengthen the agility of their mind and heart, so that they can clarify, identify and articulate into action their next “Better Self” while celebrating all that is there already. Developing greater awareness about what they are doing right, they boost their confidence to deal with their current challenges.

As a leadership communication coach, I help leaders increase their impact through reconnecting to their personal values and developing their competence of emotional intelligent Communication and facilitation. They strengthen their mastery of clarifying, articulating and communicating their vision and ideas, being able to adapt to the changing environment, context and varied audiences.

Within the dispersive and fragmented environment of remote working, they discover their own effective ways to listen actively and with greater empathy, while building trust. They also find ways to nourish spontaneity, and authenticity while interacting, collaborating and cooperating with others.
